About Us

Through a collaboration with therapists and educators, the team at Jean-Robert's Massage Therapy and Spa have created a comprehensive massage certification program. Drawing from the experiences and training of top expert instructors, the Aspen Massage Institute offers a balanced combination of Eastern and Western theories and modalities. The student-therapist’s wellness is also integrated into our program — students have full access to the world-class Jean-Robert’s Gym, as well as instruction in yoga, meditation, and other health related topics as part of their education.

Starting back in 2011, the teaching team felt that the practical experience of massage should be realistic and transferable to build a business. Our clinical internship provides a comprehensive spa and private practice experience in a well established spa setting.

Taking pride in each individual, small class sizes at the Aspen Massage Institute (ratio of 2 instructors per 12 students) ensures the attention and instruction necessary to be a successful massage therapist. With over 600 hours, the Aspen Massage Institute exceeds the minimum requirements of Colorado’s Private Occupational Education Act, 1981.

The Aspen Massage Institute has been Approved and Regulated by the Division of Private Occupational School Board since 2012.
